Nice bike for sure which is a plus. I have found Florida market for vintage bikes to be very soft. Great for buyers, not so good for sellers.
As far as exact year, don't sweat it. The average bike buyer out there will have zero interest. The buyers out there for a bike like this one will not be set on any particular year. It's all about condition and the pictures you take. Realize getting fair market value out of a vintage bike is actually pretty difficult.
