The cyclist was in the wrong and he asked for it. The silver car was trying to change lanes and was signalling the entire time and the black car refused to let him in and as soon as space cleared the idiot cyclist cut in and then wondered why he had the car coming into the lane.
I hope someone stomped on his wheels when he left his bike somewhere.

about $30 on ebay. Good quality, new mirrors. Found that out when my wife was run into in a parking lot. That wouldn't have been so bad, but the guy then proceeded to pull forward and break our mirror and do thousands in damage to his vehicle. I think the allegation is that the damage was edited in, not that it was actual damage.

Definitely NOT staged. The Location is Russia if judged by the plate numbers
Clearly not using the mirror anyway.
Hundred bucks says the driver was a female

True that. Here is how I agree with your statement:
When a motorist behaves menacingly with, towards or around a cyclist, is it not the cyclist who has the scarier experience? It is their life after all which was just threatened. Motorist drives off, and takes with him an anecdote, no lessons, just a story most likely forgotten by the next mile driven.
The cyclist, however, has another reason to fear or loathe cars...whichever word one chooses, it slowly but surely widens the gap of motorist vs. cyclist.
Anger (defined here as the reaction to any person, place or thing posing an immediate threat to one's security) serves to grind an incident clear into one's memory, right there into the forefront. Only in this case, as you stated, correctly, whatever the righteous lesson the motorist hoped to demonstrate to and for the civic betterment of the cyclist was lost entirely. It is most often filed under: another dickhead on the road today.

It is somewhere is the Middle East or in the northern region of the continent of Africa because of the plate not having numbers n' letters the full length of the plate. Because the printing on the license plate is both too short, and looks Arabic.
I was born in Germany, lived in London, and traveled through most of Western Europe, parts of Eastern Europe, and the country of Tunisia(next to Libya....UGH). All of those regions, apart from Tunisia, have the thin(top to bottom) n' wide(side to side) plates with numbers n' letters all the way across. Only Tunisia has plates similar to the one in the video of all the countries I have been to.

He punched the side mirror and it came flying off. I think that may be why one posted thought it was staged. In my prime I was a big strong guy. I could easily hit a side mirror hard enough that somethgin would break, but even money it woul dhave been my hand with modern sidemirrors.

What a twisted view of things, the driver of the silver car was BEHIND the black car and tried to force his way into the lane. In any case signaling does not magically give you the right of way, that belongs to vehicles already in the lane. If thsi was not staged the driver in the black car was a serious danger to anyone near him.

For those that think the vehicle had its turn indicator on.... ITS NOT . Those are the brake lights. You can plainly see the location of the winker lamps when the goofball puts on her 4-ways.

Like I said in the other thread:
The little silver car did some wrong things, but the cyclist was also in the wrong by coming up the driver's side of the silver car. In that situation you should pick a lane and stay in the middle of that lane. He rode up very close to the driver's side of the silver car when it was obvious that the silver car was changing lanes.
Made cyclist look really bad.

Do what I did to a tractor trailer once, he ran me off of the road but when I caught up to him a mile down the road, I reached over and spun his fuel cap off.
