Price for a used Bob Yak?

I'm hoping to fit in a short tour between Christmas and New Years since the weather forecast looks manageable, and although I'd been leaning towards rack and panniers in the process of building up my touring rig (for about a year and a half from now when I have enough vacation time for a good-sized trip....sigh) I spotted someone offering a Bob Yak with dry bag on craigslist for 200 bucks. Used on two tours. This seems like a pretty good deal - what do people think? Would it be reasonable to try and bargain him down a bit or is that already a steal?

Haven't heard back yet on the condition, but assuming it's in good shape and the tire isn't too worn down, what would people say?

Bikes: More bicycles than I can ride at one time: 2 custom made tourers, a Brompton 6-speed, and an Indian-made roadster.

Any item is worth whatever someone is willing to pay. The difficulty with waiting is that someone will pay more than you wanted to. The difficulty of buying fast is "buyers remorse" and thinking that you could have purchased it for less.

Your call. 30% off is a great sale price 50% off is even better, but not if someone else bought it before you could

I have an IBEX that I got cheap on ebay. It has been a great trailer, BUT is expensive to transport to/from Europe/Australia, so on my next trip I'll try panniers instead..
