Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Fun times. More than I thought would have to be removed, but not bad.

It's a planning consideration for me every time I walk out the door. "Will I have to pee while I'm out or will I be back home in time?" Sucks.

Guy cane to measure for the new window shades this morning. Kitten did not like the ladder and sound of the tape measure.

Screen repair is next on the list.

Keeping popular tube and tire sizes in stock was a struggle last summer. There was a month (July I think) where we couldn't get 24" tires. Naturally those are the ones that kids destroy most often.

Unless you're going on a long walk in a populated area. Maybe.

The great advantage of having four five bikes is that the wear is divided among them, so I don't imagine I'll need to recable anything for a while! Probably should stock up on tires, though.

Hmmm. I might have to add to the panic buying by acquiring another set of GP5000s in 28mm.
