Clicking noise, freehub/cassette issues?

Got this weird clicking noise while putting my drive train under torque, did a trial and error, changed BB/crank, changed to a new chain, and finally isolated it to the cassette/freehub area, could feel a clank sound when I touch the cassette area, does this mean the freehub body needs a change or just service?

I also removed the chain just to check if there are cracks near my BB area, with the chain off, all is silent.

This sound also happens whilst i am pedaling, freewheeling/coasting is ok.

Check the torque on the cassette lock ring, and also check that the cassette overhangs the freehub body slightly, so that the lock ring bears upon the cassette and not the freehub. Is there a missing specer?

You are in the lowest gear ratio? You can really put a lot of torque on other parts of the bike like that. Maybe just the spokes flexing.
