What do I look like?

Kinda like a 58 year old refuge from an old episode of The Fugitive:

With no. 2 son in Montana last October.

Most current picture I could find. Bicycled to a tractor pull. The John Deere Model R is 5 years older than me.

The most recent. Cycling photos are all several (as in more than 5) years old.

Laughing too, but I'm not old enough to be a hippie. Real hippies have ten years or more on me. I was still in grammar school--and sporting a parent-mandated brush cut--for Woodstock.

Plus, I can't stand folk music. Kumbaya makes me retch. I get the heebie jeebies just typing it.

Give me the driving beat of club music--trance, house, drum & bass--and I'm a happy man.

The most recent that I have is this selfie from a few months ago. Was visiting an old friend in ICU. She would never forgive my not cropping her out of the pic.

The avatar is a pic of me twenty years from now.

Bona fides for my username.

With Wifey. And my good friend Bucky, may he Rest in Peace.

And one with a bike.

Be honest. Do you think I'm too good looking for my height?

I usually wear red on the bike for visibility, mostly black other times for the, you know, slimming effect.
We'll look forward to your visit. Hope you can come by on a weekend I'm at home and not on the road.

I turn 51 next month. This pic of me is from Labor Day with my kids, any pics I have of me on my bike are both rare & awful

And this, of course, is my bike - which I just bought this summer after not really riding a bike... pretty much ever

You are going to rock that thing, youngster! Welcome to the surreal world of old folks, acting and smiling like young kids. My hope is that, in a short while, you'll need a new handle.

I grew up to the sound of 2 cylinder John Deere tractors working the fields near my house. Love that sound.
