Actually it is ALL meant to be humorous.
Oh the bit about jogger pedestrian ill will-I got from comments posted under one of the articles- pedestrians complaining about joggers

Yes she held her line until the last moment-then very slightly moved to her left.

No I didn't say there was any rule that requires you move around a jogger who is 50% heavier and 2x faster
Guessing she expected him to move around her-perhaps he assumed he wasn't required to just as you suggest.

I am surprised he is so hard to find.
This wouldn't be the first time he pulled this trick-forcing pedestrians to move around him.
From his easy stride-and probable distance(at least 15 minutes +15 minutes=3 miles+) he is a regular runner(despite the slight pudginess).
He has certainly done a variation of this before-same route.
I'm amazed the cops can't track him down-
This was an unimportant "probably can't convict of a crime -crime" which explains the cops' initial disinterest(3 months before releasing video)

Safe bet your cops have more significant worries
it would be very tough to convict this jogger-unless there is a law requiring you stop and aid someone (there might be)
The jogger didn't even seem to glance back-odd
he will describe his push as a protective reaction-claim he was startled distracted-didn't notice her.

What?
By A&S standards this is normal.
Most of posts here are a variation of "mean driver passed too close to me"

I was just posting a cut of ugly american jogger -arrested by the incompetent and prejudiced Brits-for something he apparently didn't do.
Yeah a 4-in-one cheap SHOT at brits cops joggers pedestrians -how could i resist?

Jim Garrison-I Like To Bike brought him into the discussion.
His-Garrison's(not I Like To Bike)- tall unclothed flabby bat feces crazy bug eyed image- burned into my memory
Early reality TV

Yes I'm kidding

Yes I'm kidding
But you are the person who repeatedly posted bat feces crazy bug eyed BS about this subject and only belatedly offer the disclaimer about allegedly just kidding.

Maybe tall unclothed flabby bat feces crazy bug eyed Jim Garrison was also just kidding all along, eh?

But you brought up Garrison-
you are complaining because I one upped you
I had actually seen Garrison "In the flesh"
yes of course I'm joking-
I can't resist pitiful puns

Slight aside-no doubt Brit cops have much more important things to do-Spain etc
