Hey @P!N20, I went with C as the Le is indeed "the."

The Condor is a 1967. Apparently a Bill Hurlow build. Uses his #1 lug pattern. Long wheelbase, Cadillac ride.

Cheers.

1965ish Cinelli Speciale Corsa. I've put a Campy 10-speed triple drivetrain, brifters, and dual-pivot brakes on it. So sue me.

In the spirit of Monty Python's Flying Circus... Now for something completely different...

This one's mine - until we turn it over to my wife's piano teacher.

Chain Bike Corp. evolved into Ross a few years after this 1962 Starjet was produced. It was covered with surface rust when I picked it up from a row house in Harrisburg, PA about 40 months ago. It's soon to enter a new life as a 3-speed coaster braked vehicle for a dignified, older lady to toodle around on.

Nice, I like that head badge ! - I'll use the manufacturer name to add this Ross Central Park by Chain Bike Corp. Also very rusty when I picked it up at a neighborhood estate sale for $10. The chrome fenders and rims were too far gone to restore so I painted them satin black and it went off to school with youngest daughter for a while. Looks like Chain Bike Corp was out of Allentown PA when this model was made.

Lots of lovely bikes here - How about one not so lovely ?

A "C" project I just picked up - An '87 SR500 - My one and only Cannondale. Photo taken after I CUT the rusty chain off with bolt cutters !
The paint is excellent, and the original 105 stuff (except the brake levers), and Wolber Alpine rims still there and look good,
but the fork is a mystery, it's seat and post-less, and the stem and bars, well .......
But hey, wadda' ya' want - It was cheap

If this weren't a "family message board", I can think of a couple of choice words that begin with the letter "C", that I would be tempted to call you, for making such an insulting remark.

Oh, then I guess I can post my Lemond Ti which is rumored to have been made by Clark-Kent.

For me to do that, I would be playing fast and loose with principles of provenance and the spirit of the post title.
For someone with over 36,000 posts on BF, you Sir can pretty much do whatever you want.

That can't be a Pinarello - the decals are intact!
