Not only does the guy still have his drivers license, he left the state and unloaded a machine gun at a herd of deer.

True "zero tolerance" would have the perp (er, alleged ...) behind bars.

So would the Feds be interested in the machine gun part of the story?

Absolutely disgusting...Why isn't this guy locked up yet? Why does he still have a license? He f'ing killed a guy while racing and fled the scene afterwards....This is really disappointing.

Didn't happen to notice in the article... Did it mention the name of the loser-ass judge who doesn't understand the concept of "flight risk"? Restricting this guy to 1 county isn't going to be any more effective than restricting him to his previous 4.
