Absolutely disgusting...Why isn't this guy locked up yet? Why does he still have a license? He f'ing killed a guy while racing and fled the scene afterwards....This is really disappointing.

Didn't happen to notice in the article... Did it mention the name of the loser-ass judge who doesn't understand the concept of "flight risk"? Restricting this guy to 1 county isn't going to be any more effective than restricting him to his previous 4.
