saddlebag recs?
I have a tiny wedge bag, but it's exactly big enough for patch kit/levers/small multitool -- I can't even add my cell phone or a sandwich. Any recommendations for something that's just a little bigger? Everything I keep finding is either the same size as the one I have, or it's huge.
Something that actually holds a blinky up without it drooping to point at the road would be a bonus.
(I don't like riding with stuff in my pockets, so while I know stuff could go there, I'd rather not.)

I use a wedge pack that is just enough for the emergency tools and tube, but I also use a Camelbak that can carry some other items.
I ran into someone on a group ride a few days ago that was using a bag found at a military surplus store as a saddle bag. It was a fair amount bigger than most seatpacks and tucked up under the saddle nicely.
Another option I sometimes use if I am not wearing a jersey with pockets, is one of these small top tube panniers

Descends like a rock
fitting a cell phone is a lot to ask of a seat bag. I think I'd go for a "bento" top tube bag or one of those triangle bags.

Hmm, I will have to look at mine when I get home and see who makes it. I can carry 2 tubes, cell phone, 2 tire levers, 3 powerbars and a few small tools inside the main bag. The there is a zippable side pocket on each side where I carry other stuff like a Ritchey torque wrench, cable lock, another tube, etc. It all tucks neatly under the rails and does not rub my things. The main pocket is expandable so you can zip the expansion part closed if you don't need to carry that much stuff. Oh yeah, there is also an area for ID and money as well as a built in key chain. Really quite handy.
I can even us a strap attached to it to carry a spare tubular slung underneath if riding the tubulars instead of clinchers. On these rides I zip closed the expansion, chuck the tubes, and add in a small bottle of sealent to be used first if I get a leak.

@jamesdak -- that sounds about like what I'm looking for. Possibly I just need to hit up a few more LBSes and see who has what. I was just surprised I hadn't found anything in that range yet.

5 people in my normal group regularly ride doubles. They use top tube bags or expandable seat bags from Specialized, Ortlieb or Performance. Or both.
