We need snow !
Dang where has winter gone ? I sure hope winter comes back in February because I just ordered snowshoe's for the wife and I. The trails are now hard packed icy snow and in many spots no snow at all. But I still had fun playing after work for a tad over 2 hours.

yes we do! expecting only flurries tomorrow ... grrrr. the mitts are most helpful when the precip is nasty & or in sleet/rain. I like that new lower angle! is it lower that usual? looks like a good ride tho, not too many stops or falls? just saw weather guy say this January, in Boston, is the 3rd warmest January in recorded history (going back to 1800s)

The angle is the same as usual, and it was great to get out. We need some packable snow because everything out her is ice. I did get caught by one ice groove that took me down and wasn't quick enough getting out of the mitt to land on my feet like I usually do. Went down on my knee pretty hard on the rough ice, but Pain is Delouse.

We got 6 inches last night, and it's still coming down.
I had to drive today. My winter commuter is based on the theory that the roads will be at least a little plowed (and they usually are, this is only the 3rd time I've had to drive due to weather).
I might need to get a winter trike for deeper snow.
Maybe one of these: https://www.utahtrikes.com/PROMO-Revolution%20eQuad
