If you attempt to upload photos to your post, it will put the images into your album/gallery. Or, you can upload there directly.

https://www.bikeforums.net/g/user/447707

Some people can help you link that back to your post.

You might also try disabling the options in the advanced editor:
.
  • Automatically parse links in text
  • Automatically embed media (requires automatic parsing of links in text to be on).
  • Automatically retrieve titles from external links
.
Keep in mind, there used to be a limit of 5 posts a day (first 10). I don't know if it is still active.

Beware of the 5 post rule. These empty posts are also frowned upon.

I think the rule is "No Hyperlinks", and that was put into place to prevent SPAM.

Image handling was changed a couple of years ago, and the current method treats the images as hyperlinks, and there has never been an exception put in for photos.

As mentioned above, your Album/Gallery gets created when you attempt to post a photo:

https://www.bikeforums.net/g/album/16936178

But it is rather hidden, so some people can find it, but not everyone. Nor does everyone think to look.

New here, too. I joined to discuss a vintage folder. Need to get my "10" posts. Thanks for the insight!
