Tap Handle?
When the need arises to chase threads in areas where a normal handle won't work what do you use? Chainstay bridge when there is a threaded boss comes to mind.
Thanks!

A 6 inch adjustable wrench, or if it fits in a small socket or open end wrench.
Just be careful you push it sideways and break it.

There are tap extender, much like a drill bit extender. I have a couple. The other neat tap handle tool is a ratcheted handle, which I also use. Andy

The tap socket sounds good. Yes, I know the slip handle movers back and forth unfortunately it is still in the way.

I find a 12 (or 8) point socket that fits the tap square end "good enough" and use a ratchet.

That's my weapon of choice too.
"First, do no harm." I'm REAL careful to be sure the tap is straight. If I can, I run the tap in from the opposite direction to be sure that I have it engaged in good threads.
