I have seen 360mm bars in the past, yet what exactly do you mean by 360mm flared?
I've just measured my current handlebars. They are Ritchey PRO Biomax bars and they measure 360mm c-c at the levers and flare to 380mm c-c at the bottom of the drops.
They are sold however as 380mm bars.
So what exactly are you asking for.

that's exactly the type I'm asking for !
though that sounds over my budget still thank you so much !!!!
I felt like 360mm in hood is a bit narrow and imagined 380mm may too wide,
and beside a road, I have a cyclocross too so that dimension sounds perfect for me!
and I was a bit devastated as I failed to google anything like that, you made me hope again lol

Ritchey are now selling a "Comp Curve" model in a 38cm width. A fraction wider but would still be good bars for a small rider.

36cm bars are probably still easy to find. But if you’re looking for flared bars, that start at 36 and flare to 38-40, you’re gonna have a really tough time. Flared bars have yet to go mainstream. Many, many bars are offered in only 40-44cm widths. Some will be generous and offer 38-46. ENVE’s Aero bar is one good option, but I don’t know any alloy/cheap alternatives.

I decided to stay in current unflared 36cm alloy bar, and later get a unflared type of 38cm carbon aero drop handlebar.
Just recently, I was able to see a claim that flared drop handlebars for CX/gravel is less favoured to race-like riders.
