RD 5600 compatibility on 11-28 cogs?
Currently using a 12-27 T for my RD5600 10 speed. However, I’ve read on shimanos spec sheet that this RD is only rated for max 27T. Will I have an issue fitting a 28T on this?

Why do you ask if you don't want to believe the answer?
Shimano is conservative in their spec's because their "stuff" has to work with a variety of different bike manfs. that may not all have the same hanger geometry etc.
Typically, you're good for a couple extra teeth.
Your wrap capacity might not be adequate, depending on what rings you have on front, so with a properly sized chain, it may sag in the LOW:LOW. Since you shouldn't be using that combination.....

I have this exact setup on my 2006 Lemond Tourmalet. The bike originally had a 12-25 rear cassette using a RD5600. I swapped to an 11-28 cassette and have had no issues. FWIW, I have a 52/39/30 triple front setup.
