Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I beefed up a bit, I’m at 187 now, need to get back to 170.

my goal is to be strong by May, signed up for a gravel grinder that’s 75 miles with 6500 feet of vertical.

Time to get crackin'! You should still be able to fit in a daily hazy if you're good with your intake otherwise.

Oh, I forgot - dry January. How's that going?

28°, overcast but light winds. It's been 6-7 days but we still have our rime everywhere.

Same temperature and wind today, but all the rime is gone

Beauty of a day though!

We got more ice than you did, I think. Our total snow was only 4.7” followed by several days of ice fog.

The problem with going to bed before 11 p.m. is that what do you then do when you wake up at 2 a.m.?

WhyFi during the winter can you ride to here without entering Canada? That would be epic.
