Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Your Bike with Art

Personally I think bikes can be pieces of art in themselves mechanically, and there's certainly fixies that are art in every eye that can see/understand art. (Some eyes can't see art really ). But in this thread, we see photos of your bike(s) next to art.

I'll start with this beauty I call Roxane. I find this piece a good representation of her being; modern & outdoors.

Don't have this bike anymore, and the mural has since been repainted, but it's still one of my favorite bike photos:

I take all my build pics in the same place. Leaned against Roger Berry's "Rising Wave".

I suppose this is a little subjective but it would be my opinion Fort Williams is a structure that was built for utilitarian purposes, not an Art.

You and me both, brother, you and me both. I might just have to see if I can hit up the local bagel shop on the way to work or something tomorrow or get a mediocre one at Whole Foods (though once I did get super fresh one and it wasn't too shabs)

Are you sure those are bagels? They do look a bit like doughnuts...
You can't have doughnuts with a sleek Bianchi. Can't.
