Dahon and Oyama folding bikes

I read somewhere online that Oyama makes frames for Dahon. Oyama makes their own cheaper line. To me some Oyama's look exactly like the Dahon folding bikes....but come with cheaper groupset.

So are the frames identical to Dahon?

thanks!

They look quite different to me, utilising different types of headset amongst other things. Oyama bikes appear to be a lot heavier also with 20" wheel versions close to 16kg. Too heavy.
