RL2010

I have always purchased bikes from Canadian tire but am tired of not riding them because they are uncomfortable and can never get the gears to work properly. Looking to pickup a decent used bike for recreational use such as paved and dirt park trails. No commuting and no going through forests so I think a Hybrid bike should suit me just fine. Note I also plan to bring my toddler along on a seat kind of like the shotgun seat where they sit in front close to the handlebars.

I have found a 2015 Norco Yorkville (size M) and a 2015 Cityglide 8 (size S) both priced at $300 I can't seem to find a whole lot of info on these bikes on the internet anyone know anything about them and which would be the better choice?

I am 5'4 female if that helps. Also I tried out a brand-new Yorkville at a local shop and liked the way it felt. Both bikes are about an hr drive away to pickup so not as simple as testing them both out quickly.
