Where to find 28x1-1/2 inch tires? 80's Raleigh Tourist

Hey! Picked up a 1980 Raleigh Tourist for cheap, but I'm now flummoxed about the tires.

They're a 28x1-1/2 inch tire and I can't find them online. Anyone have any leads on a North America (preferably Canadian) dealer?

Also, is there a tube size that would be close enough to the 28x1-1/2 inch size that I could pick up locally and would work?

Look close at the tire sizing before ordering depending on year your bike could have either 635mm BCD 700B or 622mm BCD 700C Tires which are on not the same but could both be labeled 28 1 1/2. Either way you can order fairly nice new Continentals from most major distributors. As for tubes 700c 32's are pretty common and should work for either.
