Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

BUMP! Sorry to continue to derail this otherwise concise thread about Salome and 165's famousness. But bikeforums is so overwhelming that i don't want to look at other threads.

There is now a windows version. I can't tell ya if it really works because my vmware virtual machine keeps hurling due to low memory. all yall with real live running windows machines can probably find out if it works for me. I also don't actually have a serial connector or cycling sensor so I can't tell you if the serial code will work with 'COM1' as the serial port.

Here is the documentation. Installing it is not trivial but it is not impossible. Let me know how it works for ya!

"My knee decided to flake out on me again, during a trainer ride." Beertrackgo

might this be the trainer ride you refer to?

My quote might go like this, "Shot my lung out of my a** on a trainer ride" on such an occasion

Its a term used by those living in mud and cold on the front line to describe the good life of those with cushy jobs in the rear

Someone came up w/ this term during the civil war when they caught 165 hording everyones Malort ration in his supply wagon

Edit: Josh, I just realised we've got these type of joking going on in (3)three forums now
