Unwrapped road drops, or drop bars with Ourys on the top, should be made illegal.

If you don't wrap your bars you mustn't ride it more than a mile at a time, or not at all. I need my tape.

Oury on risers
keirin grips or Carnival magic grip on bullhorns
bar tape on drops, usually the whole thing

I have a couple stem/bar/brake lever combos I switch around....I need to get rid of some of this stuff!

Fully wrapped. But I only ride bullhorns and road drops. If I road track drops or risers I would consider something else.

I ride just about every day in all sorts of weather of all sorts of rough roads. Wrapped bars = warmer hands and less vibration.

FWIW, one of the other three fixed riders here in Riga rides unwrapped bars and usually mentions that his hands are quite cold from gripping cold metal, even with gloves.
