Yeah it is but it spent most of its like in a dry basement and the tires and hoods are shot, other than that it's cleaning up pretty good. I spent 14 hours detailing it and a just a coupe of hours left to complete it

It really cleaned up nice. I changed the blue saddle, blue tape and blue cables to white. New tires and tubes and it's done.
