Hey mucky I was browsing your blog a couple of months ago and noticed you were in my neighborhood. Unfortunately you were only there to get Pinkberry... lol?
Guess my neighborhood will only consist of filipino hipsters glaring at me when i ride by with my helmet :/

& lol to your bike placement.

Sweet! Fifteen hundred for a 20-year old production bike! Aluminum, no less.

PS: Guy with the brake lever on the seatpost, that's awful and you should be ashamed of yourself.

I wish the Vigs top tube was straight. Sloping top tubes look odd IMO. Makes the bike look small because smaller frames usually have sloping top tubes

i feel the same way

also.. i dont know if anyone's mentioned before but judging from the first shot of the concept:
the concept looks like a 57cm more than a 55cm due to the headtube length~
it looks much longer than mine which is a 55cm
(55cm concept has similar geometry to a 53cm kilo tt)

*edit: on a second look, it even looks like a 59cm... cuz my buddy taylor's concept is 57cm and its headtube is still not as long as the one you're looking at
here is my buddy's 57cm concept:

That dent is common. Comes from the factory like that. My white Concept had it. If I remember correctly, during some phase of production it is clamped right there. They are fine.

I'd stay away from bikes that have been freestyled for the reasons stated by others in this thread.

Hopefully I'll be able to build it up quickly

I basically need a crankset, wheelset, seatpost, and saddle. Deciding between silver polished crank/wheelset over black crank/wheelset. So many builds with all black..

In my opinion I think the black components look cleaner on this bike. Silver wouldn't be a bad look either.

And hey! Stop hating on my Cannondale sale! It may seem overpriced but it's what people are willing to pay (I sold it for more than I wanted to sell it for).

I was thinking that too but it's a bit too boring and bland dont you think...

Compared to

(I kind of like the silver stem/post/crank/wheelset with black saddle, bars look but I dunno.. I'd be using black drops and a silver thompson with a black arione if i went with this color scheme)

I was thinking of building with polished deep v's, not too deep, maybe CXP-33? eh, but I dont want to build a custom one so I'm at the mercy of craigs... or friends who dont want their wheelsets. Getting deals on craigs makes me happy

Edit: Pics from Velospace
