Parts for a Yakima Big Tow
The hitch on my Big Tow has become damaged through use, the retaining pins are bent. Does anyone know of anyplace that might have replacement parts for this trailer? I know it went out of production a couple of years ago, but was hoping a prior dealer might have some parts.

Did you call Yakima? They are the most likely ones to have the replacement parts.

Got pictures of the parts? There are a lot of generic pins and stuff available aftermarket for other uses that could do the job, just gotta look in the right places.

Actually I need new hitch mechanisms, the pins are bent on both of them. I am gonna tear them down tomorrow and see if they can be replaced with something else.

I have a Big Tow. Is it just the retaining pins that are bent? You could pull off the plastic pieces that hold the pins and the spring mechanism, and use simple cotter pins like the old Bobs. I imagine it would work.
