Supersix BB30 replacement options - need help

Last weekend I tried to maintenance my BB to get rid of it's annoying creak. It was my first time doing a tear down on my 2017 Cannondale Supersix (bought it NOS last year) and discovered it had the bearings press fit into cups that were then press fit into the frame. As I don't have a tool for press fitting bearings I took it to my mechanic. He removed the cups, greased things up and reinstalled. As the bearings were not removed from the cups I had a concern the creak wouldn't be fixed. I mentioned my concern and before leaving and he told me:

- there are threaded BB sleeves on the market (to replace the cups) that can be inserted and then threaded to tighten that will hold bearings (I assume either like old external bearings or via snap rings)

- BB30 is a PITA as there are a ton of BB sizes / standards

Questions

How would I find what size shell my 2017 Cannondale Supersix has?

Has anyone converted a Supersix with a threaded sleeve / any recommend a specific product or product combo (sleeve / bearing)? The 2017 Supersix has internal cabling with which I assume would preclude some products.

Any help would be much appreciated as I'd like to be able to do my own wrenching for what was such a simple maintenance item on my prior bikes.
