ended up not using 'em.
great reproduction of French nostalgia at amazing price.
brand squeakin' new. the package is cut open, tho.
for 23.8mm handlebar diameter. you can use shim for 22.2mm handlebar.
my price is $20 SHIPPED. it's sold at $18 + tax + ship at VO same on the 'bay.
