Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

catch without arms is a good album, but it doesn't flow amazingly like el cielo.

My favorite song on Juturna is meet me in montaulk.

nice. yeah, hilarious guys. although I hear in Philly their jokes fell upon way too serious kids with shaved heads and looked like they could/or do belong to the military.

Listening to:
Joanna Newsom - Y's

all types..to mention one band..Coheed and Cambria...I'll admit ,I'm prejudiced,it's my nephews band..ALL 3 or 4 albums are great though..they kinda flow real well..popular with the youngin's ..a type of alternative rock, including various styles of songs... they've a dozen or so sites on the net.

They've become a little too cheesy-stadium-rock these days. Lots of totally excessive wank. That said, it can be great! Good band.

Listening to El-P - I'll Sleep When You're Dead

The first song is called Tasmanian Pain Coaster. Being from Tasmania, I want to know what the hell that's all about?

I just got back from a 4 hour drive and seeing lightning bolt with xbxrx in oakland. In a way I'm still listening to it via the intense ringing in my ears. That show was too much fun!

San Diego Velodrome !! yeah!
Tuesday night races!!
Im not big on the music they play at the velo....I mean last time they played it from someones ipod(aka: deathpod) and were playing slow jams like the Shins, which I love, but not for riding on the track .....you need to play the fast jams!!
Currently listening to:
Birthday Party, Nick Cave, Captain Beefheart, Tom Waits,Charlie Parker,Godspeed your black emperor,dead boys,the dammned,EMPIRE,Gray Matter,Kill Me Tomorrow,Tender Buttons(live album),Morphine,Grant Green,Charles Mingus,chuck berry,SMOG,MF Doom, Skinny Puppy,OP8,Revolting Co*cks,Kenny Burrell..and other stuff....
