Spring Conditioning: Round 2
Just when we (up here above the 45th) thought to be quickly progressing with our spring riding...this. Just when we thought this March would be different from all others...this. Just when it looked like a great spring for early conditioning...this.
As I walk out to my shop and fire up the JD140, I am grateful to have the equipment to help others and in good health to do so. We have a fresh 14" out there.

Yeah, its depressing. We didn't get as much as you here in northern Maine, but we're dealing with a mix of snow/sleet/freezing rain........and pot-holes and frost heaves. Maybe in a week or so it'll be fit to ride in. I am definitely not a winter rider, but I'm finding more and more excuses to avoid the darned trainer. I should be progressing with my training program, and instead I feel like I'm slipping.

I am fortunate in that it only rains here incessantly from Nov. to mid-April. None-the-less, I try
to ride every day, with the exception of Biblical deluges, live-threatening injuries, & mechanical
disintergration.

The tropics of Connecticut have been pretty good for riding this season. Not that I did that much, but glad I could most of the time.
