Newbie from the Portland area
Hello all. First off, I just started riding again. I rode a bike during junior high and high school in the early 90’s, a Hardrock Comp, rode the summer of 2009, an old Raleigh 10 speed, and just started riding again this year. I herniated some discs in 99 in a motorcycle incident, so bicycling was never too comfortable for me. A few years ago I bought a softride, which was/is extremely comfortable, but only started to ride around once my kid started to ride his bicycle to the park.
I am now riding a steel frame road bike and I recently bought an old Trek 720 Hybrid from 97 for the girlfriend to ride along with us.
