2012 Trek Marlin
I bought one today from my lbs. I forgot how much fun it is to ride, i was so excited that I forgot my water bottle on top of the kitchen table. I havent been on a bike in a long time but i ran the bike for 10 miles today hopefully i get to run more miles per day.

I also have the same bike/color. First thing I did was ditch the pedals for some spd's. Worlds of difference. I have about 200 miles on mine since the first of the year and as of yet no problems.

Yeah I'm upgrading the pedals next week. The saddle is uncomfortable but I haven't been on a bike in a long time, I'm going to see if I get use to. I will like to make the bike lighter to. Any ideas?

You may find that a firmer saddle is actually more comfortable than a very soft saddle (less chafing). It also takes a little time to toughen up the nether regions.
