Assembly of older Shimano 600 downtube shifters
I have these older Shimano 600 downtube shifters and I believe that I have all the parts as per the picture (sorry about cutting off part of the washer on the far right). However, I don't know how they should be assembled. To make things as simple as possible maybe we can assume that the parts are numbered 1 through 11 from left to right. Is there anyone who knows the proper way or order to assemble these shifters? I'll be using these shifters in friction mode.

You may not be using them for anything at all if all of the tangs on the indexing pod are broken off-a common problem with Shimano 6208 shifters.
What does the other side of the pod look like?
All the parts are there for the left side to work in friction, however.
