I haven't seen a bicycle inner tube made for one size tire. Maybe they exist. Don't know.

Tubes are made for a range of sizes. My Bell 700C tubes are for tires of widths 25 mm to 32 mm. Some brands are a little more obscure with what size tire they are intended for.

I wouldn't think sizing of tubes any different in the UK since many tube mfr's are international companies.

Valve length is important if you have deep aero rims. You want the stem to be exposed. Real long stems look silly on low profile rims but they work with little issues if you don't care about such.

That’s the same size in two different names. Depending on site/manufacturer, maybe they’ll only use either.
Anyhow, Here’s one:https://www.halfords.com/cycling/bik...8c-525342.html

28-622 is your tire size, the 622mm is the diameter, also called 700c and 28mm is the width. You also need to know if you have Schrader (like auto tires) or Presta valves (they are thinner and have a knurled knob at the top). Then find a tube for 622/700c tire whose width range includes 28mm and you should be fine. I like Continental tubes myself. Check with Chain Reaction Cycles, they are in UK and I have had good luck with them.

Depends on your rims.

If your rims are flat across the top anything will work. Many, if not most rims today need valve stems in the 35 to 40mm range. If you had deep section aero rims you wouldn't have asked because the answer would have been obvious.

FWIW, I'm picky about the inner tubes that I buy. I want the exact right size to fit our recumbent trike wheels. None of the local shops, including the shop where we bought our trikes, carries them.
