Front Derailleur Issues
Bike is a Cervelo s2
I had to adjust the angle screw on front derailleur and came loose and moved it out of line.
However now it seems the derailleur will not move at all
should i replace the cable as well and start over with everything.
The derailleur is parallel but seems when i tighten the angle screw, derailleur will not move, suggestions?

What was happening to make you adjust the "angle screw"?
I assume you are referring to one of your derailleurs limit screws. Limit screws, once properly set, seldom need to be re-adjusted.
Without being able to see your bike my advice is to find the "Install front derailleur" instructions on the Park Tool website. Disconnect your shift cable but it looks to be in good condition so I wouldn't replace it. Follow all of the Park tool instructions IN ORDER starting with the position of the derailleur on the seat post. In my experience lots of front derailleur problems rooted in it being improperly located on the seat post. It's important to follow the instructions in order because many adjustments affect subsequent adjustments.
