Clamp-on top tube cable guides for a road bike
Did and/or does any company manufacture stainless steel guides, or are all chrome-plated?

I am vain and need my top tube clips to say either simplex, Campagnolo, or dura ace, depending on the bike.

Given that this is the C&V forum, I do not understand your comment.

They're not bad, but they are
a) plain, very plain; the finish is dull, and the piece is only stamped - you don't have the little gussets formed at the screw eye ends, for instance.
b) thick - clearly thicker that Campag/Reg/Huret/etcetera.

I think that they are mostly stainless now, since it has become cheaper from a production standpoint.
