The other day I rolled past this over the top chrome Harley. I'm not really a Harley guy, but sometimes you just have to stop and stare.

Not excited by Harleys, but a cache of condoms like @fooferdoggie found would have lit up my day many years ago. Check for pinholes, those little devils are tiny.

Y'know, he's just gonna have to wash and polish it once he gets it back in the garage. Why my stuff never looks like that. Life's too damn short.

Those rural MUPs are magnets for the long ones. They heat up early (good for sunning) and are close to the runoff strips where the prey are.

I've been passing this thing out in the country for years, always meant to take a picture of it. WAS original paint, lots of patina...

Over the past two weeks, somebody took it upon themselves to 'restore' it. Sigh.

Our Perkiomen Trail tracks through a few small towns on its 21 mile journey to the river, a few are tiny hamlets. In one I came across this tiny "monument" started by 'who knows who' and supported by many. I particularly like the Churchill quote.

I had reason to research that quote once, and found that it predates Churchill by half a century, if I remember right. People love to attribute nice sayings to Churchill.

I know, what a spoilsport!

You just know it’s gonna be a good day, when your apple fritter is still warm from the oven. 😍😋

I’ve had a lot of fresh ones, but I’m pretty sure this is the first time they were still warm. 😁

Oh no, laughed off the coasts?! *Clutches pearls.*

Besides that, you did see that it's a UP car, yes? It ain't local. Also, I won't even pretend to be able to read what's in green and white on the car to the right, but whatever that is it took a lot of effort.

See, I told yas. Not only did I see horsies and the local Hard Rock Casino, but also scored a genuine vintage foot-long Crescent wrench, on the side of the road. 😁😎😁

Overheard at the donut shop: "Hey, there's that stardognine guy outside locking his bike up. Toss some of those day-old fritters in the microwave for 20 seconds."
