New bike for the wife I haven’t seen see adjustment bolts like this anyone familiar?

Looks like the front is the leveling and then the rear you tighten after you set the front overall not that difficult.

Thanks for the follow up. I looked at it but couldn't even make up anything that sounded reasonable.

Certainly didn't look like the two bolt seat posts I use.
