Soul Wheels Order?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Soul Wheels Order?

I sent an email to Soul Wheels a week ago to order some wheels, and sent a followup email a few days later. But, I haven't received any response/invoice.

Does anyone know if the owner is at Interbike and not able to respond or something similar? Maybe there is a problem with the email?

I know he sometimes watches this forum - maybe he'll see this.

Thanks

When I talked with sean it was through skype. He said email was the best way to get a hold of him but he answered right away with skype text. might give that a shot.

I went with Boyd wheels because I didn't want to deal with having to ship them across the world if something happened. I had to ship my rear back to Boyd and that bad enough. Customer service is top notch with boyd, so if your considering an upgrade set of wheels and want to stay in that price range and aren't getting any feedback from Sean, check out the Boyds.

Sean will send you an invoice after the wheels are built.

don't worry, he's great to deal with.

Hi,

Sorry for the delayed reply, was locked out from bikforums for a week and didn't see your post. We try to answer all e-mails everyday. If you haven't received a reply (especially if you've sent 2 e-mails), chances are you either sent it to the wrong address (correct one is sales@bikesoul.com) or our reply was caught by your spam filter.

Thanks, I figured there was likely a problem with email somewhere. I sent an email from another address and promptly receive a response from Sean (I just wanted to publicly set the record straight).

Great service, just as I anticipated. Thanks again!
