Yep. DI2 is indeed amazing!

You should be able squeeze 1000-1500kms out of a single charge, depending on how often you shift. I charge mine every time I charge my Elemnt BOLT gps computer. That way, I know I'm not going to get back home single speeded one day . There is also a battery life indicator that can be useful.
