Click on The Small Paper Clip
Click Brouse
Choose your photo
Upload
Click Save

If it's over a certain size that won't work. You have to upload your pic to an image hoster like flickr. The you copy the link to your flickr image. Then in your post, you click the little mountain button and paste the url in the box that pops up. That's it.
