Addiction LXXVII

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The grocery store has a one pack limit on ground beef. Benson's food recipe needed 10 lbs. Fortunately, our local shop doesn't have a limit but no ground chuck. So, Benson gets ground Wagyu this week.

Ha once I ran out of dog food and wound up feeding the dogs Coq au Vin with buttered dill potatoes.

Today was also bread-baking day in the rjones28 bakery. No pictures this time.

Watching the 2007 Ghent Wevelgem race. No spoilers, please.

Seriously, the Velocast podcast is doing race reviews every week like the race just happened. They send a link to paid subscribers, sort of like homework and then put out a podcast reviewing and discussing the race a few days later. Last week was a Milan - San Remo from the ‘90s.

I'd like to make it 3PM local so I can go home.

This morning was one of those where my alarm went off and I thought "oh thank god it's Saturday so I can turn this off and sleep in"

Unfortunately, it is not Saturday. I did not get to sleep in.
