Best tracklocross handlebars

Whatever bikes work best for you are the best. I wouldn't write a blog post if you have no idea what you are talking about and are farming out the work to someone else. I like to read blogs that have substance or no substance at all and aren't so serious but people being BEST this and just have a link to Amazon because they couldn't actually buy a ton of in this case handlebars and test them out and actually put some research behind them are just a joke.
Make it right or just talk about your own personal experience with whatever bar you have or talk about something else that isn't the best. I rarely find "best" blog posts that are of any use to anyone and it doesn't sound like you are off to a good start.

So you have an alternate example to show? Although I don't have one I have a frame I could turn into one, I think I'd rather have a mtb handlebar if I did. With a standard cross bike I ride the flats if I'm going up hills or slogging it out, for anything else I'm on the hoods which is a stable platform that allows me to handle the bike, a drop bar without levers would be useless. So either install a drop bar upside down and cut off the drops just after the curve starts, add brake levers or run a mtb bar. Mtb bar seems the simplest and most straight forward. Although it does look slightly off it makes sense to me.
