What does eating healthy even look like? Show us the pictures.
I struggle with my weight and spent much of my summer cycling season getting back-down to my ideal weight. I know we all have different ideas about how and what we should be eating. But here is my idea of a "dieting" breakfast. I like coffee so I had coffee with my cereal. All the nutrition I needed before (and during) my 20 mile bicycle ride. According to my [app] calculations 184 calories.
Crispix cereal (1cup), skim milk (1/2 cup), and blackberries (7).

I could do this all day as my dinner photos are legend among my FB friends.
Recently grilled sockeye and early corn. I am sure I through in a multigrain roll with it.
Keeping with the theme, grilled whole bronzino with a spinach salad:
Finally, no need to go to McDonald's when you want a breakfast sandwich, Make your own, much better one. Eggs, spinach, tomato, red onion and mushrooms on spelt bread with a little garlic mustard:

Mine would be shocking..... breakfast of two cup shredded hash browns, two strips of bacon and two eggs and coffee. Lunch is usually a salad. Dinner almost never looks like I'm on a diet, the beauty of riding as much as I do. I scale my dinner to fit my calorie budget for the day/week to ensure a deficit however small at times. indyfabz, those look yummy!

And you make an important point. The dinner of someone who is riding a lot is likely not going to look like the dinner of somene who is riding a lot less. Duing my recent tour, I was scarfing down calories and I still lost some weight.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure folks don't want to see my ~19,000 calorie week worth of stuff I pound down... and am calorie neutral.
Wife said she was going to hire one of them rodeo clowns to keep me out the groceries when she comes home from shopping.

I'm not allowed to go grocery shopping w/ mine unless I have a magazine in my hands to distract me from throwing more "mostly junk" food into the cart
