What's this? (nice take-apart road bike)

Seen yesterday, sorry about the low quality pics.

If it's not clear, the rear section (bb shell, chainstays and seatstays) separate from the main triangle.
The (most) blurry pic shows a pair of circular bosses on the from of the bb shell that fit into holes on the semicircular bit at the bottom of the seatpost.
The construction is very reminiscent of the never-produced Moulton mini separable - not the "Stowaway" versions with the split main tube.

Not sure what it is, but that three armed nut behind the seatpost looks really cool😲
