Greetings from Ottawa
Hi Folks
Just joined the forum, so thought I'd say 'Hi'.
I'm a 60-something ex-military and former public servant. The only good thing about COVID-19 is that it got me back into exercising more or less regularly for a while, and back on a bicycle for the first time in decades.
After a bit of time on the cross-trainer in the spring, I finally got out on my bike (Moody Blue) in May, and got some miles in, mostly putting distance in on some charity events.
Now that the weather is closing in a bit, I've got myself an (old-skool - like me) wind trainer (which I will probably be posting questions about), and am set for the winter!

Moody Blue,
Glad you are back in the saddle and doing your cardio....but not happy about the reason (covid!). You will find a lot of great people to share bike information on this forum.
Welcome, Best, Ben
