Would you use this on your frame?

I think I'd not use it, at least without taking the wheels and brakepads off the bike. From their ad page:
Do not use any Slick Mist® Products on floors, vehicle controls (PEDALS, GRIPS, STEERING WHEELS), motorcycle seats or tire treads, bicycle seats or tire treads, brake drums and any other surfaces where slipperiness may be hazardous.

My frame is covered in retroreflective tape instead, so no.

I would need to first see a scientific study comparing the added weight of a few sprays of fast wax, vs. the aero benefit derived from my frame being slicker and smoother from it' use.
I wouldn't use Turtle Wax. Turtles are slow, even if you wax them.
Nowe the real question is: Would I use such a product on my Excursion, and how many bottles would it take to do one application?

Pledge is completely useless as an outdoor protection paint and nude metals protection from the elements, it's furnature polish designed for use indoors. I actually tried Pledge against my common sense when people on a ti forum were saying to use Pledge on nude ti to get rid of the blotchy look ti gets, it did do that but the effect only lasted about 2 weeks which was the same amount of time of WD40 would last, car wax on the other hand lasts the entire season.

I use Lucas Slick Mist on my bike. It works, and as a $9 bottle of it lasts over a year, I'd say it's economical enough. I like it because it works on paint, plastic, rubber, cable housings, etc, and doesn't leave any residue behind. Smells pretty good, too.
Though I know I am in the BF minority, because I actually clean my bike, regularly.

I just use Lysol wipes to clean my bike. A quick wipe down once a week or so usually does the trick.
A clean bike might be a happy bike, but a dirty bike is a used bike.

You would think huh? But time after time on forums you'll read people giving advice to use Pledge, even some bike gurus will advise that, the amazing thing is even some Harley Davidson forums will do the same thing! I guess if you want to wax your bike every week then that's cool, but for me...well I got a titanium bike for a reason, but even on my painted steel bikes all I use is non abrasive car wax and have been doing that for years.
And don't buy bicycle specific wax either, all that is is relabeled car wax, and then they put it in a small bottle and charge you a lot more money. Wax is wax, be it bike wax or car wax, get the car wax (non abrasive of course...notice I keep repeating that?) it's a lot cheaper and will last a very long time unless you have cars to wax too.

I wipe down my white bike with a damp rag when it starts to get dirty. I do it often enough that I don't really need wax or other protectors on it.

Let me reemphasize, do not use an abrasive wax, or wax that contains cleaners or swirl or fine scratch removers, and it's safe for clear coats.

https://https://www.skilcraftsales.com...0000055305.jpgUsed this to wipe down F-22 Raptors while stationed on the USS Nimitz.
um huh? Why would a SeaBee be on a carrier. Working on aircraft? Wouldn't the Aviation Wing handle that?
