Shimano front disc brake don't fit

Hello guys ! I'm building a new bike to travel across France this summer but sadly I encountered my first of I believe many problem of building my own bike. I ordered Shimano tiagra 4770 disc brake but the front one doesn't fit on my fork. To explain it more I have the 160mm adapter that was delivered with the brake caliper (it is flat mount) but holes in the fork are like 5-10mm wider than the holes on the adapter which means that when I fit the upper screw, the hole in the adapter and in the fork don't match and I can't fix the other one. My fork and frame are from the brand cinelli and the model is called ZYDECO. It looks like it's the version from 2014 I believe.

And for the rear disc brake caliper I also have a problem. The fixation isn't located on the inside of the frame but on the outside. I ordered an adapter but I am pretty sure it will not fit properly as I got the frame in hand.

Do you guys have any information or advises for me please?

I will provide picture if you guys need them to help me just tell me what you need.

Thanks in advance
Pierre-louis

Your frame and fork are "post mount" not "flat mount". This is the only company making an adapter for fitting flat mount brakes to a post mount frame/fork. https://www.assolutions.ca/shop/adap...ith-160-rotor/ Another option is purchasing a pair of inexpensive Post mount calipers like the Deore MTB brake calipers and use those in place of the Tiagra calipers.

That'll happen when you order things without the frame in hand.

The BR-R317 is a mechanical(cable operated) brake. The 4770 is a hydraulic brake and they are not compatible. You need to find a post mount hydraulic caliper that uses the BH90 hose like the Tiagra does.
