7 or 8 speed brifter
I'm looking for a 2x7 or 8 speed brifter set where both cables are routed internally (under the bar tape) instead of the shifter coming out the sides. Does one exist?

I think Campagnolo 8-speed ErgoPower levers were the only 7- or 8-speed brifters with under-the-tape routing for both cables.

Yeah, I think @SkyDog75 nailed it.
Thankfully, 8-speed Ergos are completely rebuildable (they still sell the springs and hoods), and they index 8-speed Campy cassettes as well as any 7-speed cassette or freewheel (all have 5 mm cog spacing, unlike Shimano 8-speed's 4.8 mm spacing).
I have a set of the Sachs version of Campy 8 Ergos that indexes 8 speed Shimano, though. It was a special, later model. I've never figured out if the Ergo shifters or the rear derailleur were modified for the slightly-different ratio.
