Ice hockey. 4-5 times a week in winter and cycling builds the engine.

I suppose in terms of frequency my second activity is hiking. But during the winter months I try to head up to Tahoe to get a couple/few days on the snowboard.
I was a long-time skier, but converted to snowboard maybe 6 or so years ago. As a 50+ Clyde, I like the much lower chance of a knee injury, from having both feet strapped to the same board!

Climbing is my primary too - though I'm not really built for either at 5'3".
Aside from that, there's also hiking, backpacking, downhill and x-c skiing, and I've recently taken up running. I go for variety rather than actually getting good at anything.

Cycling, is my primary. Softball is my secondary, and that's about it.

I don't have a primary or secondary sport, I pretty much give them all the same priority... biking, hunting/fishing, archery, snowmobiling, motorcycling, golf, soccer... hobbies include: brewing beer/wine/mead, acoustic and electric guitar

Cycling is my secondary sport, .........even though I have been cycling for 35+ years, Vintage and Modern Observed Trials are now my primary sports, with one or two Vintage Motocross events per year thrown in................ But if you ask which sport do I participate in the most......... Cycling is one of my daily activities like having that 1st cup of coffee in the morning..........

I used to do a lot more hiking, but it's fun to try something new and get to do it with friends.

Before the wheel was invented, **** Sapiens could walk and then run when they were chasing dinner or being chased for dinner. Running #1 in my book. 71,000 + miles logged since I started keeping track back in the Spring of 1976. Back on the bike after 12 yrs away on 5/5/10. Logged just over 900 miles. But hey, who keeps track of stuff like that? Nick

Steel is real, baby!
I like backpacking. I don't do it as much as I'd like to, though.

It's funny how when I look back there's been a progression: I was a baseball pitcher, which got me into running, which got me into triathlon, which got me into cycling. Where do I go from here?
