What is the lowest cost of getting a SRAM 12 speed set on a gravel bike?
I am interested in 10-50 rear cassette but cost of a setup used for example in BMC URS one is much too much for me

Lowest cost would likely be the bottom end SRAM (SX?) level rear derailer, cassette, and crank (or any appropriate 1x crank & 12 speed compatible ring) plus the (12 speed Sram compatible) Microshift bar end shifter, and then finish with your choice of disc brakes and levers.
